The micro thermal regeneration adsorption dryer operates on the principle of variable temperature adsorption, where the adsorbent adsorbs water at room temperature and "desorbs" the water adsorbed by the adsorbent at high temperature before returning to the gas phase. This process uses an external heat source to provide the required heat for desorption, and uses a portion of its own finished gas as the heat carrier. In the heating regeneration process, if all the adsorbed water returns to the gas phase, it does not mean that the regeneration of the adsorbent has been completed. It is only when the initial temperature decreases that the original adsorption activity is fully restored. So the regeneration process of the micro heat regeneration adsorption dryer should be divided into two steps: first "heating desorption", and then "cooling regeneration"; "desorption" is only one step of adsorbent regeneration.
